Many of us are experiencing more stress than normal. Stress can be healthy in moderation, but when it is ongoing it can manifest itself into physical symptoms such as neck pain, headaches, and low back pain. To help ease these symptoms it is important to keep moving, change positions frequently, and exercise regularly while maintaining physical distancing.
