How to pick up a prize/Contest Rules & Regulations
All prizes are available to be picked up at 96.5 The Breeze studios unless on an authorized guest list for an event:

How to claim your prize:
You must claim your prize in person and must provide photo ID (driver’s license, identification card or passport) before prizes may be released. You will be asked to verify the information you gave to us at the time that you won the prize. If you want someone else to pick up your prize, they must come with a letter from you and a photocopy of your official ID (driver’s license or birth certificate). The letter must name who will be picking up your prize and include their home telephone number. Please note the prize that you won and the date of winning, OR you must contact the main desk at 453-4004 and give the receptionist the name, phone number and address of the person claiming your prize and they must confirm the information with a photo id (drivers license, identification card, or passport). Tickets and prizes are not meant for resale.
Some prizes will not be awarded to winners who are under 19 years of age. In some specific cases (eg. trip winners), parents or legal guardians will be required in person to sign a waiver form on the winner’s behalf.
Unclaimed prizes will be held for 30 days. No substitution will be made for any prizes not picked up within 30 days of the awarding of the prize.
Restrictions on prize-winning:
For most of 96.5 The Breeze’s contests, you can not win more than once every 30 days. However, we do allow listeners who’ve won a prize within the previous 30 days through regular 96.5 The Breeze contesting, to qualify and win a major prize (such as a 96.5 The Breeze Festival Flyaway). This is subject to change and can be applied or withdrawn at the discretion of 96.5 The Breeze. Winners of such “major prizes” are not permitted to win another such prize for a period of one year.
