They say you’re only as old as you feel, but that doesn’t mean you won’t be looked at funny if you go to a nightclub in your 40s.
A recent poll of British adults found the majority feel age 37 is when one is officially “too old” to be seen at a club.
46% said they dread nights out and most said age 31 was when they started to prefer staying in to going out.
80% showed they truly have no FOMO (fear of missing out), saying they feel relieved when they stay in and see posts on social media from friends documenting their night out.
The top reason for staying in: They just can’t face the hangover the next day.
